Abby Jacobs is a senior at Fairfield Warde High School and the current Editor-in-Chief for The Warde Focus. She joined The Warde Focus as a Staff Writer two years ago and became Associate Editor as a junior. She has enjoyed being a part of the newspaper and hopes that it continues to bring student voice and opinion to the forefront of the Warde community. Outside of the paper, she also sings in the a cappella group Treblemakers, is involved in Warde’s Drama Club, and is a part of the girls’ swim team. After graduating, she will continue her enthusiasm for writing and journalism at Wesleyan University.
Samantha Renzulli is a junior at Fairfield Warde and the Associate Editor for The Warde Focus. This is her second year working on The Warde Focus. She has additionally been a member and Editor-in-Chief of The Pen and Paper literary magazine and worked on The Odyssey literary magazine. She greatly enjoys and is passionate about writing and has been recognized with awards for her creative poetry and short stories. At Warde she also runs cross country, is Secretary for the Best Buddies Club, and sings in the Treblemakers a cappella group.
Ethan Weisblatt is a senior at Fairfield Warde and the Blur Editor for The Warde Focus. He joined the club as a sophomore and became the Blur Editor as a junior. Outside of school Ethan is a member of the A – Team Percussion Ensemble at Jim Royle Drum Studio and is a member of the Wind Ensemble at Warde. Ethan finds joy in writing stories and articles that bring a smile and a laugh to people’s faces, funneling their imagination and sense of humor into a craft that lets them truly be their funny, authentic selves.
