Fairfield Warde High School Students Decide That There Will Never be Warm Weather in CT Ever Again!

After the fourth Nor’Easter made its way to Fairfield, CT, it seemed pretty much set in stone: there will no longer be warm weather in Connecticut.

Just under 2 weeks after the start of spring, we were greeted with a lovely dusting of snow that sent citizens of Fairfield into a frenzy, blaming the first person they could.

When asked their response to the colder weather, one Warde student explained, “Nope. I can’t do it anymore. I am moving to California and turning into a smoothie bowl blogger.” Another student explained that they had given up hope after “the traumatic experience of looking at my TimeHop throwback of last year’s sunny first day of April break, and comparing it to this year’s first day of break which consisted of me awkwardly slipping on the ice in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot, debating if I should play it off or laugh to myself.”

It has been a rough start to the year, but as another student stated in frustration, “you are the blockhead who chose to live in Connecticut, so deal with it.” However, we must not lose all hope. Due to the 40 snow days we have had this year, it looks like we will be having some sunny school days!! In July.
