Upcoming College Visits at Warde: 10/6 & 10/7


Attention, Juniors and Seniors! College representatives are coming to visit Warde! As you may have seen, these visits have already begun, but don’t worry if you haven’t gone to any yet because many more colleges will be stopping by in the coming weeks. College visits are a great way to learn more about prospective schools, as they provide a space to ask questions to find out if a school is right for you. For Juniors, this can be really helpful while beginning to curate your college list, and Seniors can learn more about schools that they are applying to. 

 

On Thursday, October 6th, there are 5 schools visiting. If you are interested in any of these schools, consider signing up for the visit on Naviance soon, as spots are limited. You must also register 24 hours (or earlier) in advance in order to attend the visits. The events for Hamilton College and Colgate University are virtual, and will take place after school. Links to join will be provided at the time of the meetings. The times and locations for all of the visits go as follows:

 

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6TH

Southeastern University – 9:30 am at the College & Career Center. 14 spots available. 

Felician University – 11:30 am at the College & Career Center.  15 spots left!

Wheaton College – 11:30 am at the College & Career Center. 17 spots open.

Hamilton College – 3:00 pm Virtual Visit. 5 spots left!

Colgate University – 3:30 pm Virtual Visit. 13 spots available. 

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 7TH

Vanderbilt University – 9:30 am in the Lecture Room. Only 3 spots left!

Michigan State University – Event Full

Roger Williams University – Event Full

US Air Force – 11:30 am at the College & Career Center. 33 spots open.

 

Warde students who have attended these meetings in the past weeks can attest that they are helpful and informative for those constructing a college list. Attendance is encouraged, as they can be great opportunities to ask specific questions about schools that you are considering for application.
